PRODUCTS, PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
1. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Paws Garden aims to provide customers with clear, accurate and useful information about every Product offered through our Website.
Before completing a purchase, customers should review the relevant Product page carefully, including the Product description, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, available options, intended use, compatibility information, warnings and any other information presented as part of the offer.

8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products displayed on the Website are subject to availability.
The appearance of a Product on the Website does not guarantee that unlimited quantities will remain available.
Stock levels may change due to customer orders, supplier availability, fulfilment limitations, manufacturing changes or other operational circumstances.
Where a Product becomes unavailable before an Order is accepted, Paws Garden may be unable to complete the transaction.
Where an Order has already been accepted and a Product subsequently becomes unavailable, Paws Garden will take reasonable steps to contact the customer and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
Where an Order cannot reasonably be fulfilled and payment has already been taken, the customer will receive any refund to which they are legally entitled.
9. DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
Manufacturers or suppliers may discontinue Products, change models or cease production without advance notice.
If a Product becomes permanently unavailable, Paws Garden may remove it from the Website.
Where an accepted Order is affected by discontinuation, we will consider the circumstances and the customer's contractual and statutory rights before determining how the Order should be handled.
Paws Garden will not intentionally substitute a materially different Product without appropriate customer agreement where such agreement is required.
Where a substitute Product is offered, the customer should be given sufficient information to make an informed decision about whether to accept it.
10. PRODUCT OPTIONS AND VARIANTS
Some Products may be available in multiple versions, sizes, colours, quantities or configurations.
Customers are responsible for selecting the desired option before completing an Order.

If a customer selects an incorrect option by mistake, the ability to change or cancel the Order may depend on whether fulfilment or dispatch has already occurred and on the customer's statutory rights.

Nothing in this section removes any statutory cancellation or consumer remedy that applies to the transaction.

The involvement of a third-party supplier does not permit Paws Garden to knowingly provide misleading Product information to customers.

If a customer identifies a potentially serious safety issue with a Product purchased from Paws Garden, they should stop using the Product where appropriate and contact us promptly.
Safety concerns will be treated seriously and may require additional information, including photographs, videos, Product identification details or other relevant evidence.
13. PRODUCT COMPLIANCE
Paws Garden aims to offer Products that comply with applicable legal and safety requirements relevant to the markets in which they are sold.
Where Products are sourced through third-party suppliers, we may request or review information concerning Product specifications, safety, labelling, instructions or compliance where appropriate.
The fact that a Product is supplied through a third party does not mean that Paws Garden knowingly permits unlawful or unsafe Products to be marketed to customers.
Where we become aware of a material compliance or safety concern, we may take appropriate action, which may include suspending sales, contacting affected customers, requesting returns, arranging replacements, issuing refunds or cooperating with relevant authorities.

Changes made to a Product listing after an Order has been accepted will not automatically change the characteristics of the Product that the customer contracted to purchase.
Where a material change affects an existing Order, Paws Garden will consider the customer's contractual and statutory rights before taking action.
15. ERRORS IN PRODUCT INFORMATION
Despite reasonable efforts, the Website may occasionally contain an accidental error involving a Product's description, specification, availability or price.
If we identify a material error before accepting an Order, we may contact the customer to explain the issue.
Where an Order has already been accepted, the situation will be handled in accordance with the applicable contract and consumer protection legislation.
Paws Garden will not intentionally use accidental errors as a means of avoiding valid contractual obligations.
Similarly, customers should not intentionally exploit obvious technical or pricing errors to obtain Products in circumstances where the error is clearly not the genuine intended price.
Any decision concerning an affected Order will be made with regard to applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.
16. STOCK AVAILABILITY AND DEMAND REPRESENTATIONS
Paws Garden may communicate information concerning Product availability where such information is genuine and relevant.
We will not intentionally create false impressions regarding:

- unusually high demand;
- imminent availability;
